The funds from these fees are mainly used to research and develop better and more environmentally friendly methods of recycling/disposing of used tires. Unfortunately, when a tire is replaced, the process of recycling/disposing the tire is not very simple and takes a long time. Due to the nature and functionality of tires, they are built to last a long time on the roads and degrade very slowly. Depending on the State, these fees may be called something slightly different, but they serve the same purpose, to promote activities or develop technologies for tire recycling. Once collected from the consumer, the funds will be dispersed to each State's governing body that manages the New Tire Fees. These dually packages come to your front door mounted and balanced with lug nuts so they are ready to bolt on!
These dually package deals consists of two front wheels, two inner rear wheels, two outer rear wheels, and a set of six tires. The wheels in these packages already have proper backside and offset built in to them, thus eliminating the need for spacers. This widens your tire selection and makes for a much better ride. These Dually Packages allow the use of standard Light Truck tires instead of using the "Way Too Stiff" semi tires.
